About

A family-run fence company that closes its permits.

Allday Fence is led by three brothers — Marcelo, Victor, and Roger — and has been installing residential and commercial fencing across Miami-Dade County for nearly two decades. We pull every permit on every install and close it against the property record. Our sister company, Permit Solutions Services, handles permit violations and code-enforcement resolution on existing properties.

Leadership

Three brothers. One company.

At Allday Fence we build fences that meet what you need and outlast the property cycle. With Marcelo running the numbers and Victor leading the work — and Roger on the ground with every crew — every job is closed to the standard we'd want on our own homes.

Marcelo Reyes

Chief Financial Officer

Marcelo came up through finance and accounting before taking on the numbers side of Allday Fence. He runs contracts, vendor relationships, and project economics from the back office — and won't release a quote until every material on it is locked in with a supplier. It's why the price a client shakes hands on is the price the job gets built to.

Victor Moreno

Directing Manager & Qualifying Agent

Victor is the qualifying agent for Allday Fence. He's been working in South Florida construction since 2006. He leads every Allday Fence project from quote through close-out and handles every plan review personally — the same hands-on permit work that eventually grew into Permit Solutions Services, the sister company he co-founded. If a municipality has a question about a plan, it's Victor on the other end of it.

Roger Moreno

Co-founder & Field Operations

Roger grew up in the trade and now owns field execution across every Allday Fence install. He's on every job site at some point — running material handling, install quality, gate fit, and inspection-ready finishes himself, or signing off on them before a crew packs up. Whether it's a 40-foot residential install or 1,800 feet of commercial chain link, nothing leaves the yard or the site without his eyes on it.

Why we do it this way

A fence is a property line, not an afterthought.

Whether you need a fence for privacy, security, or curb appeal, our crew brings your vision to life — from premium materials to the craftsmanship that holds up after the first storm. The result is an outdoor space that is secure, attractive, and closed against the property record.

How we work

Two companies. One workflow.

Allday Fence builds, repairs, and refinishes the physical fence — and pulls every permit on every install, from submission through final inspection. Permit Solutions Services is a separate sister company that handles permit violations, NOVs, code liens, and after-the-fact resolutions on existing properties — fence or otherwise. They share leadership, share the property-record system (MyHausFax™), and share a commitment to closing files instead of leaving them open.

Every Allday install includes a MyHausFax™ property compliance report — the same record we use on the resolution side. We see the whole property before we touch any of it. Measure first. Then build.
